Professional Exhibitors

  • Exhibitors who are approved at the full table rate will receive one 8’ table and two chairs. Exhibitors approved at the half table rate will be sharing one 8’ table with another exhibitor. Electricity access will need to be requested.

    • There is no skirting on tables but there will be a table cloth

    • There is no pipe and drape behind tables

    • Stand up signage is allowed (and encouraged)

    • You may not adhere materials to any walls

  • Yes, the facility will have wifi.

  • Yes. During load-in and load-out you can bring someone with you to help in setting up your table but they cannot attend the event itself for free.

  • We will allow shared tables (two artist maximum split) but both artists will need to apply and be approved as an exhibitor PRIOR to payment. You must notify our team in the application that you are looking to share the table with another artist (include their name).

  • Registered exhibitors may NOT transfer their registration to any other exhibitor. All exhibitors are required to apply for registration and must be pre-approved by the event organizers. An exhibitor may not offer their table to an non-approved exhibitor.

    • A full refund will be available to exhibitors who cancel no later than February 28, 2025

    • A 50% refund will be available to exhibitors who cancel no later than March 21, 2025

    • No refunds will be issued after March 21, 2025

  • We believe in freedom of artistic expression but we also acknowledge that KICx will be attended by guests of all ages. We ask that you use your best judgement when and how you display materials that may be considered inappropriate for underage viewers. Please keep in mind that event management reserves the right to request that you remove and/or shield material that we deem inappropriate for the event.

  • Load-in for exhibitors is available on April 11th between 12-3pm. You may also load-in on Saturday April 12 beginning at 8:30am. Please keep in mind that we open the doors to the public at 10am on April 12.

Press

If you are a journalist or member of a professional media outlet, please complete our Press Application anytime up to 1-week prior to the event date.

  • Press who have been approved will receive a press badge and have access to the show floor and any special panels at no charge.

  • Unfortunately we cannot share exhibitor or guest contact information without their consent. You can always email us and we will do our best to connect you with an event guest.

  • Unfortunately we have a very limited number of press passes. Every member of the press must complete our online application.

  • No. Please complete our online application anytime up to 1-week before the event so that we have time to review your information.

  • There are a lot of different jobs that we will need help with and this might include:

    • Helping set up or take down the tables and chairs

    • Checking in guests

    • Handing out materials

    • Answering guests questions

    We can’t guarantee what you might be doing during the event but we will do our best to place you in an area that works best for you.

  • Yes. Regardless of the job we assign you, we will make sure you have time to walk around and see the event.

  • We will be providing lunch to our volunteers but you are welcome to bring something with you. There is a refrigerator available but please keep your food in a bag with your name on it.
